Wine Review- Woot Cellars Albariño Albino Rhino 2009

Varietal: 88% Albarino 12% Riesling

Winery: Woot Cellars

Woot Wine Cellars latest offering. Albarino is a dry white wine which is crisp, has very little finish, hints of apricot and is great for summer nights and evenings. Albarino is becoming quite popular, it seems to be popping up everywhere and it’s easy to drink in the summer. This wine is a good value at approximately $11 a bottle, I bought six to have on hand for the summer. We paired the wine with a light pasta with shrimp and summer veggies and homemade bread.

The label, like all Woot Cellars Wines, is quite interesting.

We rated this wine 3.5 out of 5.
