Wine Review-Chateau Ste Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon

Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon

Winery: Chateau Ste Michelle

Region: Columbia Valley Indian Wells

Vintage: 2008

This is one of the best, if not the best cab we have tried. It’s a very complex wine with notes of spice and coffee but it’s highlighted by a rich red blackberry/currant taste. For having so many flavors and being so complex, this is one of the most well-balanced wines we have tried. We both agreed it’s an excellent cab. We paired it with grilled sirloins, caesar salads and baked potatoes, our normal Thursday night meal.

Cost: $15.99

Rating: We rated this wine a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Happy Friday everyone and keep tasting!
