2008 Dante Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

Region: California

This was a decent Cab but, not a very memorable one. I hate sounding like a wine snob but this cab was different from any I had ever tried before. It was full bodied and had the normal tanins for a cabernet, yet, it was lacking the typical “bite” of a cab but it wasn’t too fruity as most cabs which are lacking bite are. We served it with grilled sirloins.

Cost: $9.00

I rated it 3 out of 5 stars.
