This is a Cabernet-Merlot blend. It’s really well balanced, with notes of dark currant and has a great finish. The Snoqualmie Vineyard Wines are made with USDA certified organic grapes. I served Whistle Stop Red with grilled New York Strips and it perfectly complimented the meal.
