Concha Y Toro Frontera Cabernet/Merlot

Vintage: 2010

This is a really good red blend for the cost.  We picked it up at EarthFare the other day. It’s located up front on the Wines for  Under $5.00 display.

It’s well balanced and has the right amount of tanins. It has  bold, red plum notes. It’s full of a big, red wine flavor taste. This wine is really good with hearty food. I served it with a greek ravoli dish and we enjoyed a dark chocolate bar with cherries and almonds for desert.

Rating: I gave it 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Cost: $3.99
