Cooking With Herbs

I love cooking with fresh herbs that I’ve grown. My favorites are basil, dill and mint. I grew peppermint, spearmint and chocolate mint this year. I use dill alot when cooking salmon, which I fix approximately once a week and in canning dilly beans and dill pickles. Basil is always good when paired with tomatoes.
