Curried Apple Chutney

Wow! We’ve had some cooler temps. here this week and something about it feels like fall, although it’s still very hot and dry. Fall is on it’s way, there’s just a change in the air. I’ve been resisting cooking pumpkins, which I love in fall but I did make some apple chutney this week, which will be really good this fall and winter. I haven’t been reading very much or writing lately but I know I’m looking forward to getting back to it.
