I found an awesome tip for cooking bacon on Pinterest and Bob tried it this morning when he was making brunch. Basically, just line a cookie sheet with tin foil or parchment paper. Lay bacon slices on cookie sheet. Bake bacon at 375 for approximately 25 minutes. The bacon doesn’t curl up or shrink like it does when cooking on the stove top. I hate cooking bacon in a frying pan with grease popping everywhere. When cooked in the oven there is none of that mess and it tastes really good.
