So today I tried my first Halloween pinterest project. After pinning lots of crafts for Halloween I narrowed them down to a couple to do this year. I loved this wreath the minute I saw it and I was so pleased I found the same orange chevron fabic at WalMart, that was used on the pinterest project. For my wreath form I used a pool noodle which only cost a quarter from a summer clearance rack. I duct taped it together which worked remarkably well. I cut the chevron material into strips and wrapped them onto the wreath form. In the pic below, I’m over halfway finished.
Then I cut a couple strips out of the black/white material and tied a bow. This project was really easy and looks good. I toyed with the idea of putting some Halloween tinsel on it, or a painted black “R” for Robinson. I’m gonna wait and see but I may add something like that in the future.
